WORKSHOPS at JOSEPHINE PRESS

A wide variety of workshops are offered. These include "open" workshops in which the facilities are open to all levels of students to work on their own with a monitor/technician available for questions.  In addition, we offer assisted/teaching workshops for groups and individuals upon request.

MONOPRINT AND SOLARPLATE WORKSHOPS:
Workshops are scheduled according to demand. Please call for times and availability.
OPEN STUDIO ETCHING WORKSHOP:
Aquatint, hardground, softground, sugarlift, spitbite, cine-collé techniques are explored.

Cost: $100/4 sessions: Tuesdays from 6:30pm-10:30pm


This provides an opportunity for both beginning and advanced students to create etchings in a fully equipped facility.An ‘open workshop’ environment means there will be a monitor/technician on hand for any platemaking questions and help with press operation.
INDEPENDENT PRESS TIME:
One Artist, facilities only:
$110 per 8 hour day
$55 per additional artist
(First time users must work with assistance.)

Assistance/Collaboration:
$300 per 8 hour day
Discounts are available for Sundays, evenings, and for group use.
